Experienced in new homes sales or residential estate agency?
We're recruiting for a New Homes Sales Advisor to join a successful and well-established property business in the Whitstable area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a passion for property and delivering outstanding customer service.
You'll play a key role in guiding buyers through their home-buying journey, building lasting relationships, and achieving strong sales results within a supportive and growing business.
The Role
As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will:
- Welcome prospective purchasers and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Guide buyers through the new homes purchasing process from enquiry to completion
- Understand customer requirements and match them with suitable properties
- Present relevant products and services to enhance the customer journey
- Generate sales opportunities and make referrals to internal teams where appropriate
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders
- Work towards and exceed individual sales targets
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently
New Homes Sales Advisor Requirements
- Previous experience in new homes sales and residential estate agency (essential)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales
- Able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident liaising with customers, developers, and colleagues
