Night Shift Warehouse Operator – Temp to Perm
Location: Slough
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £14.00 per hour
Shift: Nights – 19:00 to 07:00 (4 on 4 off)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Night Shift Warehouse Operator to join their busy warehouse team. This is a fantastic temp to perm opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking for a long-term position.
The Role:
As a Night Shift Warehouse Operator, your duties will include:
Loading and unloading vehicles including vans and articulated lorries
Picking, packing, sorting, and splitting shipments
Manual handling of various types of cargo
Using counterbalance forklift trucks (1.5t – 8t) where required
Building, sorting, and maintaining pallet stocks
Completing warehouse paperwork and updating systems
Working alongside the Night Shift Leader to ensure smooth operations
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Counterbalance forklift experience preferred
Forklift licence desirable
Comfortable with physical and manual handling duties
Good attention to detail and able to follow instructions
Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
5-year checkable work history required
