Warehouse Night Team Leader – Aylesham
Contract: Temporary Hours: Night Shift Pay:£16.46 per hour
We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Night Team Leader to support our courier operation in Aylesham. You'll oversee night-shift staff, maintain workflow efficiency, and ensure parcels are processed accurately and safely.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership – Lead and support operatives to meet shift targets.

Workflow Oversight – Manage parcel intake, scanning, routing, and loading.

Health & Safety – Ensure compliance with all safety procedures.

Quality Standards – Maintain accuracy and parcel integrity.

Shift Reporting – Complete handovers and escalate operational issues.
Requirements

Background in warehouse, logistics, or courier operations

Proven team leader or supervisory experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-critical environment

Comfortable with manual handling and basic IT systems
