Join Our Team – Unqualified Teacher (Day-to-Day & Short-Term Supply)

We are currently recruiting Unqualified Teachers to work in secondary schools across Bermondsey on a day-to-day and short-term supply basis.
Whether you've worked as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Tutor, Sports Coach, Youth Worker, or have other relevant experience in education, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support students in their learning and encourage engagement.
- Adapt confidently to different school settings and year groups.
We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- A positive, professional, and adaptable approach.
- A genuine passion for supporting young people's education.
