What will you do as an NPD Project Manager
- Take ownership of the end-to-end project management process across product lifecycle
- Ensure all milestones are achieved on time, from concept through to retail launch
- Facilitate regular project meetings
- Responsible for managing critical paths, coordinating cross-functional teams
- Work with manufacturing partners across Asia and Europe
- Review and maintain quality, compliance, and execution
What will you need to be an NPD Project Manager
- Must have experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, consumer goods
- Worked with high volume SKUs
- Experience working with Manufacturers in Asia
- Prince2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent project management qualification is desirable
- Ideal background is experience working for an SME or Startup
- Knowledge of stage-gate product development processes
