Service Consultant – Service Design & Transition
6 Months | Outside IR35 | Up to £520/day | ASAP Start | Active NPPV3 Required
We're looking for an experienced Service Consultant to support the design, transition, and operational readiness of complex managed service solutions within a secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement Service Operating Models.
- Support service transition, acceptance testing, and operational readiness activities.
- Develop support models, processes, governance, and documentation.
- Configure and administer ServiceNow CSM, including Service Catalogue, workflows, ITAM, and CI management.
- Deliver operational training and knowledge transfer.
- Work closely with architects, project teams, and operational stakeholders.
Essential Experience
- Service Design, Service Transition, and Operational Readiness.
- Hands-on ServiceNow CSM configuration and administration.
- Managed services environments, ideally covering WAN, LAN, and WLAN services.
- Service acceptance testing and service handover.
- Creation of operational documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Location & Travel
- Work will be delivered across sites in London and Leeds.
- Travel to London is expected approximately once every two weeks.
- Travel to Leeds is expected approximately once per month.
Active NPPV3 clearance is essential.
