This is an outstanding opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality work from day one and build your expertise across the full spectrum of employment law. You will work on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
- Business acquisitions and employment aspects of corporate transactions
- TUPE transfers
- Collective redundancies and restructuring projects
- Senior executive appointments and exits
- Restrictive covenants and post-termination disputes
- Employment contracts, policies and HR advisory work
- Complex Employment Tribunal litigation, including:
- Whistleblowing claims
- Discrimination claims
- Breach of contract disputes
This is a genuine opportunity to work closely with experienced and respected employment specialists on complex matters for a diverse and prestigious client base.
About You:
- Newly Qualified Solicitor (or qualifying shortly)
- Solid seat completed in employment law
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach
