The team advises on a broad range of complex family matters, with particular expertise in:
- High-net-worth financial remedy cases
- International family law matters
- Complex asset structures and trust arrangements
- Private children disputes
- Tax and pension-related issues arising from family breakdown

The Opportunity
You will work closely with experienced family law specialists on a varied and challenging caseload, gaining hands-on involvement in complex matters from day one.
Typical work will include:
- High-value financial remedy proceedings
- Drafting and reviewing complex Forms E
- Cases involving trusts, business interests, and family assets
- Pension sharing matters and liaison with pension experts
- Tax-related issues, including coordination with UK and international tax advisers
- International family law disputes and jurisdictional issues
- Private children matters
- Supporting senior lawyers on complex and cross-border cases
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.
