We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team in Dudley. If you are passionate about supporting children's learning and development and creating a safe, nurturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years. Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of every child in your care. Observe, assess, and record children's progress. Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment. Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times. Requirements Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent). A good understanding of the EYFS framework. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A caring, reliable, and positive attitude. Previous nursery experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
