We are seeking a motivated Nursery Manager (or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up) to lead and develop a growing early years setting.
About the Role
As Nursery Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery, leading a team to deliver high-quality care and education. You will play a key role in driving standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and develop a team of early years staff
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the nursery
- Ensure full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding requirements
- Maintain high standards of care, learning, and child development
- Build strong relationships with parents and external agencies
- Monitor occupancy, staffing, and performance to support nursery growth
Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 Cache Childcare qualification
- Experience as a Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
