Nursery Manager – What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the nursery with confidence, positivity, and professionalism.
- Ensuring a happy, high-performing team where everyone feels valued and supported.
- Driving quality across the setting – inspiring excellence in care, education, and compliance.
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and your dedicated staff team.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, staff development, and ensuring the nursery runs smoothly.
- Creating an environment where children love to learn, grow, and express themselves.
Nursery Manager – What we’re looking for:
- A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Childcare/Early Years.
- Previous management or strong leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Great knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
- A confident leader who is organised, proactive, and always puts children first.
- Above all – someone who lives and breathes early years and loves making a difference.
