Zero2Five is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a fantastic, child-focused nursery in Horsham that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their growing team.

The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework
- Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that support children's development
- Supporting children's individual learning journeys and celebrating their achievements
- Building positive relationships with parents and carers
- Completing observations, assessments, and developmental records
- Promoting children's wellbeing, safeguarding, and emotional development
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality childcare and education
- Maintaining excellent standards of safety, cleanliness, and organisation throughout the nursery
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience within an Ofsted-registered nursery setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child development
- A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full potential
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
- Paediatric First Aid qualification
- Safeguarding training
- Experience supporting children with additional needs
- Food Hygiene certification
