Are you passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and thrive? We're looking for enthusiastic and caring Bank Nursery Staff to join our friendly team, supporting a range of welcoming nurseries across Charnwood.
Whether you're an experienced Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or simply have a passion for early years education, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting children's learning and development through fun, engaging activities.
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
- Assisting with daily routines, including play, mealtimes, and personal care where required.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and nursery teams.
- Working flexibly across different nursery settings.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children in an early years setting is desirable.
- A caring, positive, and reliable approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A relevant Early Years qualification is beneficial but not essential for all roles.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
