The nursery is looking to recruit Nursery Room Leader to help shape our inspiring learning environment and lead a dedicated team.
About the Role
As Room Leader, you will:
- Lead, inspire and support your room team to deliver outstanding childcare and education.
- Create a warm, welcoming and stimulating environment where every child can flourish.
- Plan engaging activities that reflect children's interests and support their individual development.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Champion our ethos of mindfulness, wellbeing, outdoor learning and child-led discovery.
- Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and care.
- Support children's learning in line with the EYFS framework while embracing our unique Little Lumos approach.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
- Has previous experience leading a nursery room or is ready to step into a leadership role.
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional early years education.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Leads with kindness, positivity and professionalism.
- Shares our belief that children learn best through play, exploration and meaningful experiences.
- Is enthusiastic about wellbeing, outdoor learning and creating magical moments every day.
