We are seeking an Office Administrator to join a great client of ours who we have worked with and met previously. This role involves handling general phone and email enquiries, maintaining company records, assisting with quotation packs, and providing comprehensive administrative support. If you are organised, proactive, and have a knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently, this position could be perfect for you.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle general phone and email enquiries efficiently.
- Keep company records and databases up to date with high accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of quotation packs and manage customer communications effectively.
- Support the administration of jobs from enquiry through to completion, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Provide general office and administrative support to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Confidence in using spreadsheets, databases, and proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Proactive and reliable with a “can-do” attitude.
- Previous administrative experience is essential.
