Office Administrator
Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:45pm
Office based in Sidcup
Salary up to £31,200 (depending on experience)
Our client is looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their fabulous team in Sidcup. They are looking for a professional, reliable, and well organised individual, with the ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure.
The role involves supporting their day-to-day operations, keeping the office running smoothly, assisting the team with administrative tasks and helping them stay on top of paperwork and processes.
It’s a varied position that could involve typing a quotation one minute and organising the office Christmas party the next, liaising with clients or residents, or helping prepare basic health & safety documents such as RAMS (training can be provided).
Main Responsibilities would include:
- Managing daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Answering phone calls (usually fewer than 10 per day) and emails.
- Entering data accurately and keeping records up to date.
- Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Supporting basic finance tasks using Sage Line 50 and Eque2, including raising invoices,
- checking purchase orders and tracking expenses for each job (training provided if required).
- General admin duties: printing, scanning, filing and maintaining office supplies.
- Booking meetings and managing calendars.
- Providing administrative support to the wider team.
