Part Time Office Administrator / PA | Flexible Hours | Join a Respected Property Consultancy
Looking for a role where you'll genuinely make a difference and become a valued part of a close knit team?
I'm working with a long established, independent commercial property consultancy with an outstanding reputation and a relationship led culture. This is a business where people stay for the long term, decisions are made quickly and your contribution is truly recognised.
This isn't a large corporate environment. It's a friendly, partner led team looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in being organised and loves helping people succeed.
What you'll be doing:
• Providing administrative support to senior leaders and partners
• Managing diaries, meetings and correspondence
• Assisting with documents, reports and presentations
• Helping keep the office running smoothly day to day
• Supporting with ad hoc projects and business administration
What we're looking for:
• Previous administration, office support or PA experience
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Positive, professional and happy working within a small team
Salary & Benefits
• £30,000 to £38,000 pro rata depending on experience
• Part time role, approximately 3 days per week
• Flexible working arrangements
• Generous holiday allowance
• Friendly and supportive team culture
• Long term stability within an established business
Why this role will excite you:
• You'll work closely with senior decision makers and be genuinely valued
• Flexibility and trust are built into the culture
• No two days are the same
• An opportunity to join a highly respected business where people build long careers
These opportunities don't come around often and the business is happy to shape the role around the right person.
If you're looking for a flexible, rewarding role within a fantastic team, I'd love to have a confidential conversation.
