Juice is recruiting for a thriving and reputable employer based in the heart of Bath. This role has arisen due to growth and a commitment to ensuring support to employees across the business. This role requires someone who excels in being the ‘go-to’ person within the business. You’ll need to relish problem-solving and efficiency and be comfortable communicating at all levels across the business. This is a hugely varied role and suits someone who can act with their own initiative.
DAY TO DAY:
Supporting set up of new starters, ordering new IT kit, assisting with on-boarding of new staff
Assisting with onboarding new staff, welcoming visitors and other staff, organising team lunches, setting up meeting rooms
Providing some basic support to senior managers, helping with event planning, group initiatives, booking travel,
Being the point of contact for landlord and building management agency
Maintain group leases, co-ordinate building / facilities and maintenance issues
Liaising with 3rd party suppliers including cleaners etc, scheduling work,
Taking responsibility for day-to-day health and safety, using 3rd parties where relevant, attending meetings, organising any audits
Helping review invoices, assisting in responding to generic email enquiries
Preparing and issuing laptops, managing asset register
Working closely with office manager to ensure all tasks are covered, being flexible over day-to-day duties according to business needs
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
Good organisational and time management skills
Previous admin skills
Experience co-ordinating the requirements of multiple stakeholders
Any knowledge of health and safety is desirable
