£35,525 Full Time Equivalent (£21,315 pro rata based on 21 hours)
£19.52 per hour + Holiday Pay (£2.36 per hour)
E-Personnel Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a newly created Facilities Coordinator position with a well-established organisation based in Croydon.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous facilities, workplace services or office facilities experience who enjoys variety, takes ownership and thrives in a busy office environment.
Working closely with the Health & Safety & Facilities Manager, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, providing a safe, organised and welcoming workplace for staff and visitors.
The Role
- Temporary agency assignment
- 21 hours per week, worked flexibly across 4 or 5 days
- Potential for hours to increase to 25 hours and, subject to organisational requirements, up to 28 hours later in the year
- Office-based in Croydon during induction, with occasional home working potentially available thereafter
- Weekly PAYE payroll through E-Personnel Recruitment
- Target start date: Monday 13 July
Duties will include:
- Coordinating office facilities and workplace services
- Managing contractors and maintenance visits
- Supporting Health & Safety and workplace compliance
- Ordering office supplies and managing facilities services
- Assisting with fire safety checks, DSE assessments and workplace inductions
- Supporting office moves and facilities projects
- Ensuring the office environment remains safe, organised and welcoming
- Providing general facilities and administrative support
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous Facilities Coordinator, Facilities Assistant, Workplace Coordinator, Office Services or similar experience
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- A proactive and hands-on approach
- The ability to prioritise a varied workload
