You will work for an exciting engineering and construction business who have multiple offices in London. You will work in a hybrid working pattern with one day from home and most of your time spent in the modern Wimbledon office.
Description
As the Office Manager in Wimbledon, you will:
- Manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring an efficient and productive work environment.
- Oversee administrative staff and support their professional development.
- Coordinate office maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking for the office.
- Organise company events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for administrative functions.
- Support the leadership team with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
- Ensure procedures are in place so the company can pass audit checks
Profile
A successful Office Manager should have:
- A proven track record in office management or a similar administrative role.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in managing office budgets and expenses.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a workplace setting.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools.

Job Offer
You will be rewarded with a 12month FTC and a salary of 40k-47k.
