Our client is seeking a proactive and professional Office Manager to join their close-knit team. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines facilities and office management with driving support for senior leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining a professional office environment while providing discreet, reliable support to the leadership team.
What you'll do:
- Oversee the daily running of the office.
- Manage office supplies, meeting rooms and facilities.
- Provide safe, discreet executive driving for senior leadership.
- Liaise with building management, contractors and suppliers.
- Support office administration and ad hoc business needs.
- Assist with office transition projects.
- Manage company vehicles, servicing, maintenance and compliance.
- Adapt to changing business needs, including occasional evening or weekend work.
Who you are:
- Experienced in Office Management or Facilities Coordination.
- A valid UK driving licence, preferably 10+ years driving experience.
- Highly organised with strong administrative skills.
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership team.
- Excellent knowledge of London roads, route planning and vehicle management.
- Calm, adaptable and able to manage changing priorities.
- Hands-on, proactive and always willing to help.
- Professional, personable, discreet and an excellent communicator.
