Office Manager / PA – Between school hours – £15 per hour.
Group of companies require a 3rd operations team member to work alongside the Operations Manager and Operations Director.
The business is an international recruitment company recruiting lawyers for the USA heading towards $1m a month in invoicing, growing from circa 22 directly employed and 35 including outsourced employees to 40 – 50 directly employed and in excess of 60 total. The companies employ staff in the UK and South Africa as well as owning 25 rental properties and having an offshore team of 12 in Pakistan. The responsibilities of this role is to free up the existing hires to guarantee business as usual always is in place
- Be responsible for organising property maintanance in partnership with letting agents
- Ensuring properties are fully occupied in partnership with letting agents
- Invoicing
- Credit contol
- Ensuring all IT issues are resolved in partnership with IT suppliers
- Ultimately just getting things done well, to high standards quickly in a company that is already expanding, making good profits and possibly the most exciting place to work in Southened at the moment.
Location central Southend, parking cost if required is circa – £50 per month topping up a Southend Pass
Other responsibilities within the department include
All elements of Accounts, Payroll, HR, Procurement, Tech as well as a variety of projects.
Tools used: Monday. com and Xero
The role would be ideal for someone local to Southend, requiring flexibility that also wants to work for a company that has doubled headcount and turnover in the last 12 months that has ambitions to double in headcount and turnover again.Ideal backgrounds would have been either a PA, Office Manager or Property Manager
