The Opportunity
We are supporting a growing business looking to hire a highly organised and proactive Office Manager / EA to CFO to join on a 12-month maternity cover. This is a varied, hands-on role combining executive support with day-to-day office administration, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day EA support to the CFO, including diary management and meeting coordination
- Arrange travel and accommodation (flights, hotels, itineraries)
- Act as the first point of contact for office-related queries
- Oversee the smooth running of the office, including supplies, facilities, and vendors
- Support internal meetings, events, and communications
- Assist with onboarding logistics (equipment, desks, setup)
- Provide general administrative support across the business as needed
- Maintain organised systems for documents, expenses, and bookings
About You
- Proven experience in a EA / Office Manager / Admin role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing diaries, travel bookings, and senior stakeholder support
- Proactive, flexible, and happy to take a hands-on approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Desirable
- Experience supporting senior executives (C-suite ideally)
- Background in a high-growth SME or professional environment
- Experience managing office operations alongside EA duties
