Office Manager & Executive Assistant
The backbone of a busy and successful architectural practice.
Our clients are a busy and successful architectural practice based in the South Buckinghamshire area. They are looking for a highly organised, proactive and hands-on Office Manager & Executive Assistant to keep their practice running smoothly whilst supporting their three Directors in a fast-paced architectural environment.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the central hub of the business, managing everything from new project enquiries and office operations to staff administration, IT coordination, facilities management and executive support.
You'll take ownership of project set-up processes, oversee office systems and suppliers, manage key business administration, support recruitment and HR activities, and ensure the office remains an efficient, professional and enjoyable place to work. You'll also provide dedicated diary and administrative support to the Directors, helping them stay organised and focused on delivering exceptional projects.
They require someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys solving problems, has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in making things happen. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication and the ability to juggle multiple priorities are essential.
