Occupational Health MSK Physiotherapist
Location – Gloucester
Contract – Minimum 6 month contract
Working Schedule – 1 day per week – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday
We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to deliver an onsite musculoskeletal service for a major corporate client in the Gloucester area. This position requires a clinical lead to attend the site one day per week to provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for employees
The successful candidate will be responsible for classifying clinical musculoskeletal disorders and providing detailed management reports regarding an employee's fitness for work. Key duties include conducting DSE and ergonomic risk assessments, identifying workplace hazards, and advising on necessary adjustments to support staff rehabilitation. You will also contribute to health promotion events and collect statistical data to monitor service effectiveness.
Requirements:

Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

Minimum of 2 years post-graduate clinical experience.

At least 2 years of experience specialising in musculoskeletal disorders.

Proven ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in IT for clinical record keeping.

Experience in providing fitness for work advice and basic workplace ergonomics.
Desirable:

Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) and ACPOHE registration are highly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive clinician to manage a corporate caseload and influence workplace health and safety.
