As One-to-One behaviour support, your role will certainly be unique. No behaviour support role is ever the same as the next, and no day is ever dull. It is no secret that while doing this kind of role in a high school, your resilience will be tested. You will be required to accommodate a changing landscape, from assisting with groups, through to One-to-One work.
With Academics you can choose what days you work and which schools you prefer.
