Description
The Operations Accountant's responsibilities include:
- Own the monthly close performing accruals, cost centre reviews and key control checks.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and targets.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial planning.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
Profile
A successful Operations Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience within the accounting and finance sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
