Role Overview
The Operations Administrator will provide essential administrative and operational support to the workspace operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties, including tracking payments, monitoring invoice statuses, updating booking systems, and liaising with suppliers.
- Managing customer enquiries relating to memberships, meeting rooms, and private offices.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system, tracking prospects, and gathering customer feedback.
- Analysing booking and utilisation data to produce monthly reports.
- Working collaboratively to improve existing processes and identify new opportunities, such as dynamic pricing.
- Liaising with the Marketing team to support a consistent marketing schedule.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong team player with excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Highly organised, able to work independently, and confident using initiative.
- Customer-service focused with a professional and personable approach.
- Competent with basic reporting and data analysis.
- Experience in automation and process optimisation is advantageous.
- Fully computer-literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
