An excellent opportunity has become available for a proactive and customer-focused Centre Operations Assistant to join a professional flexible workspace environment.
This role would suit someone who enjoys delivering a high standard of customer service, supporting daily centre operations and ensuring a professional workspace runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.
You will work closely with the Centre Operations Manager, supporting customer experience, centre standards, viewings, move-ins, compliance, health and safety, contractor coordination and general administration.
Key Responsibilities Delivering an outstanding service experience to customers, visitors and internal stakeholders
Providing a warm, professional and friendly welcome to everyone visiting the centre
Supporting professional viewings and completing viewing training
Building strong relationships with customers and identifying opportunities to support additional services
Overseeing customer move-ins and ensuring a smooth and positive experience
Managing centre standards and ensuring meeting rooms, show offices and communal spaces are well presented
Conducting pre-event checks of meeting rooms and show offices ahead of bookings or viewings
Supporting billing capture and identifying upselling opportunities
Completing health and safety checks and helping resolve issues within agreed timeframes
Managing accident reporting, incident records and supporting emergency procedures
Coordinating contractors, planned works and permit-to-work processes
Supporting compliance processes, including customer documentation, GDPR and AML requirements
Assisting with general administration and ad hoc tasks as required
The Ideal Candidate Previous customer service experience is essential
Experience in flexible workspace, serviced offices, facilities, hospitality, reception or a similar customer-facing environment would be beneficial
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with good planning ability
Hardworking, reliable and self-motivated
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
Positive, can-do attitude and strong team player
Confident user of Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Qualifications Minimum Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths
Fire Marshal training provided
First Aid at Work training provided
