We’re currently working with a growing renewable energy business that is looking to hire an Operations Coordinator into their team, based in Hailsham.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to get into a fast-paced environment with real progression. The business is scaling quickly, offering genuine opportunity to develop and progress.
You’ll sit at the centre of the operation, coordinating projects from point of sale through to completion. It’s a varied role focused on organisation, communication and problem-solving – ensuring everything runs efficiently and smoothly.
As an Operations Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating installation projects end to end
- Scheduling engineers, subcontractors and surveys
- Acting as main point of contact for customers
- Managing project timelines and resolving delays
- Raising POs and organising materials
- Keeping systems and documentation up to date
- Supporting invoicing and tracking project costs
- Ensuring all compliance and certification is completed
Requirements:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator
- Able to juggle multiple priorities
- Proactive with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using systems / Excel
- Positive, team-focused attitude
- Any experience in construction, engineering or renewables or similar
- Exposure to coordination / operations roles or similar

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hailsham, working Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (with some flexibility). The role is fully office-based, with a salary of £32,000 – £35,000.
