Warehouse & Administration Coordinator

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Join an established and growing business that works with distributors across the UK and Europe. We are seeking a Warehouse & Administration Coordinator to join our close-knit team. This role offers a great balance of office-based administration and practical warehouse duties, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Scanning and processing stock accurately into the warehouse system.
- Inputting orders and maintaining data records.
- Managing incoming and outgoing shipments and sorting carriers.
- Preparing and checking commercial invoices.
- Supporting import and export activities with UK & European distributors.
- Processing customer returns and resolving queries.
- Communicating with regular customers and clients.
- Working closely with the warehouse and administration team to support daily operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Comfortable working in a small, friendly team.
- Happy to combine administrative tasks with hands-on warehouse work.
- Confident communicator with a professional customer manner.
- Organised, reliable, and quick to learn.
- Experience with SAP and Excel, is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided.
