Operations Coordinator
Location: Norwich
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary (July – September)
Atkinson Moss are delighted to be recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join a busy project team supporting a large-scale UK-wide campaign.
This is a fast-paced, administration-focused role where you'll play a key part in coordinating logistics, schedules and communication across multiple locations. The Role
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider operations team, you'll provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the project team.
- Coordinating schedules across multiple UK locations.
- Researching and booking suitable venues for project activities.
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Monitoring project progress and resolving scheduling conflicts where required.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation and tracking changes.
- Using digital collaboration platforms to communicate with stakeholders.
- Supporting the wider team to ensure deadlines and operational targets are achieved.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in administration, operations, logistics or project coordination.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast paced environment.
