As an Operations Administrator at phs, you play a vital role in keeping our Operations Centre running smoothly. Working behind the scenes, your coordination skills and attention to detail ensure our service routes operate efficiently, our drivers are fully supported, and our customers receive exceptional service. You act as the key link between Service Drivers and the Operations & Service Manager.
What your day will look like
- Coordinating service routes — planning, adjusting, and monitoring routes to ensure smooth delivery and strong customer service.
- Briefing and debriefing drivers — preparing data, giving clear instructions, and reviewing completed routes.
- Handling calls from drivers, clients, and Head Office regarding service issues or updates.
- Acting as the communication link between Service Drivers and the Operations & Service Manager.
- Ensuring work is allocated correctly and completed within KPI targets and agreed timeframes.
- Processing routes and attendance in real time.
- Identifying improvements and sharing ideas with the Operations Centre Manager.
- Monitoring service progress and resolving issues creatively to deliver the best customer experience.
