An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Executive to join a well-established and reputable company based in N11.
This role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver a high standard of customer service across email and telephone.
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Support two Area Managers with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Book in works and coordinate scheduling.
- Order supplies and ensure efficient stock management.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operational processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Self-sufficient and able to work independently.
- Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities.
