The Operations Leader is the driving force behind everything that happens on the ground across the Division. This is a senior leadership role with full operational accountability in delivering results across our MCA/ ASF /Other Statutory contracts.
Leading the day-to-day activity; you'll be shaping how the Division operates, grows, and performs. Working hand-in-hand with the Relationship Lead, who owns the external partnerships — your job is to make sure the operation behind those relationships runs like clockwork.
