The Role
As an Optical Assistant, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional patient experience by:
- Welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Conducting pre-screening eye health checks
- Ensuring a smooth handover to the Optometrist
- Dispensing luxury eyewear and premium prescription lenses
- Providing personalised styling advice for glasses, sunglasses, and accessories
- Fitting, adjusting, and repairing spectacles
- Supporting patients with contact lens teaches and aftercare
