Specsavers is seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Optom Partner to join our established and thriving business in Washington and purchase 33% Optom shares plus 17% hear care shares.
This is an exciting opportunity for an optometrist who wants more than a clinical role and is ready to take the next step into business ownership, supported by one of the UK's leading eye care providers.

About You
You'll be:
- A qualified GOC-registered Optometrist (or eligible to register)
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
- A strong communicator and people leader
- Commercially aware and motivated by business performance
- Excited by the prospect of business ownership and leadership
