I'm supporting a key client programme looking for an Oracle Payroll SME with strong Oracle Cloud HCM and UK Payroll expertise to lead payroll design, implementation and optimisation across a major transformation.
What we're looking for
The right Oracle Payroll SME should have:
• 8+ years' experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM
• Strong expertise across Oracle Cloud HCM (Global HR and UK Payroll)
• Proven UK Payroll and taxation SME experience
• Experience across at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
• Deep understanding of end-to-end HR and payroll business processes
• Experience designing and architecting Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
• Ability to lead payroll workstreams and make key functional decisions
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to present solutions clearly
• Experience producing design proposals, costings and delivery estimates
• Ability to develop or enhance methodologies, assets, accelerators or offerings in HCM
