Outbound Telesales Executive – Part Time

E Junior

Outbound Telesales Executive

Fully Remote

£15 per hour + Competitive Performance Bonus

Part-Time – 10 Hours per Week

Fixed-Term Contract until 20 December 2026 with the opportunity for an ongoing role for exceptional performers

E Junior Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of Stats Profit for an experienced Outbound Telesales Executive to help grow its membership base ahead of the upcoming football season.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced outbound sales professional who enjoys generating interest, qualifying opportunities and creating warm prospects from a completely cold audience.

This is not a customer service role and it is not a role focused on warm leads. The majority of your time will be spent speaking to individuals who have never previously heard of Stats Profit and introducing them to the service.

We are looking for someone who is confident, resilient, commercially minded and capable of developing their own approach rather than relying on scripts.

About Stats Profit

Stats Profit is a football analysis and membership service built on more than 10 years of statistical research across Europe's leading football leagues.

Using a proprietary data model, Stats Profit identifies football matches that meet specific probability criteria and provides selections to members throughout the football season.

The service is designed for individuals who appreciate a disciplined, data-driven approach and are looking for long-term consistency rather than short-term speculation.

The football season runs from August to May, with members paying an annual subscription to receive selections, reports and ongoing support throughout the season.

Prospective members are invited to attend an educational webinar hosted by the Account Manager, where they learn more about the research, methodology and historical performance before deciding whether membership is right for them.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to play a key role in helping build a growing membership business.

During the initial four-week probation period, you'll have the freedom to test your own outreach approach, identify what works and directly influence how the outbound sales function develops.

Exceptional performers may be offered an ongoing role beyond the initial contract.

The Role

As an Outbound Telesales Executive, your primary objective will be to generate interest from prospective members and secure attendance at educational webinars.

You will introduce Stats Profit, identify potential interest, answer initial questions, qualify prospects and encourage suitable individuals to attend a webinar.

You will not be expected to close sales. Your role is to generate high-quality opportunities for the Account Manager to nurture and convert into members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective members from a supplied database.
  • Introduce Stats Profit and explain the purpose of the service.
  • Build rapport and create genuine interest.
  • Qualify prospects before booking them onto webinars.
  • Secure qualified webinar bookings and maximise attendance rates.
  • Send brochures and supporting information to interested prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes.
  • Pass qualified prospects to the Account Manager.
  • Test, refine and improve your own approach to maximise results.

What Makes This Role Different?

We are not looking for someone to simply follow a script.

We are looking for an experienced outbound sales professional who can think independently, test different approaches and identify what works best.

You'll have the freedom to develop your own opening conversations, qualification methods and engagement techniques, provided they deliver results.

There is no micromanagement, no call centre environment and no scripts—just the opportunity to build genuine conversations and influence the future growth of the business.

What We Provide

  • Targeted prospect database and contact lists.
  • Webinar registration process.
  • Marketing materials and brochures.
  • Fully remote working environment.
  • Ongoing feedback and collaboration.

What You'll Need

As this is a fully remote position, you'll need:

  • Your own telephone with a visible caller ID (calls should not be made from a withheld number).
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Suitable home working environment.
  • Confidence working independently with minimal supervision.

Hours & Flexibility

  • 10 hours per week.
  • Fully remote.
  • Flexible working pattern.
  • Choose when you work your contracted hours.
  • Evening and weekend calling may be used where you believe it will improve results.

Pay & Benefits

  • £15 per hour.
  • Competitive performance bonus based on webinar attendance and membership conversions.
  • Fixed-term contract until 20 December 2026.
  • Opportunity for an ongoing role for exceptional performers.
  • Fully remote working.
  • Complete flexibility over when you work your contracted hours.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous outbound telesales, appointment setting or lead generation experience.
  • Is comfortable making completely cold calls.
  • Can confidently engage people who have never heard of the service.
  • Builds rapport naturally and enjoys speaking with new people.
  • Is resilient when dealing with rejection.
  • Can work independently and manage their own workload.
  • Enjoys testing and refining different sales approaches.
  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Understands how to generate interest without using aggressive sales techniques.

Desirable Experience

Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:

  • Outbound Telesales
  • Outbound Sales
  • Appointment Setting
  • Lead Generation
  • Recruitment Sales
  • Financial Services Sales
  • Investment Sales
  • Customer Acquisition
  • Business Development

How Success Will Be Measured

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Meaningful conversations with prospective members.
  • Qualified webinar bookings.
  • Webinar attendance generated from your outreach.
  • Quality of opportunities passed to the Account Manager.
  • Contribution towards membership growth.
