Key responsibilities of the Paid Social Manager:
· Implement and manage D2C/DTC paid media activities (Google Ads and Meta/Facebook) and campaigns
· Develop campaign content roadmaps alongside the creative and tech teams.
· Responsible for optimisation of all paid social and other paid media channels
· Regular reporting on and analysis of acquisition marketing campaigns
· Drive and integrated marketing strategy and deliver on GMV, CAC and ROI targets
Requirements of the Paid Social Manager:
· Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in paid social, paid media and performance marketing
· Specialism in Google Ads and Meta/Facebook – D2C/DTC experience is essential
· Strong Excel abilities and data and analytics skills
· Have previously worked in a busy start-up/scale-up environment
· Able to work with in a sole role, proactive, adaptable and naturally hardworking
