Paint Sprayer – Skelmersdale
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Paint Sprayer to join our well-established client based in Skelmersdale. This is a fantastic opportunity offering £17.67 per hour, ongoing work and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.
This role would suit candidates with experience as a Paint Sprayer, Spray Painter, Industrial Painter or Powder Coater.
Shifts
• Week 1: Monday – Thursday, 18:00 – 06:00 • Week 2: Monday – Wednesday, 06:00 – 18:00 (Thursday off) • Week 2: Friday – Sunday, 18:00 – 06:00 • Week 3: Thursday – Sunday, 06:00 – 18:00 • Week 4: Off
Rates of Pay
• £17.67 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Paint Sprayer, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Setting up spray equipment and preparing work areas • Matching and mixing colours using manufacturers' technical data • Applying primer coats, main coats and finishing layers • Using paint drying methods and carrying out quality checks • Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment and paint booths • Following all health and safety procedures
Essential Skills
As a Paint Sprayer, you will need:
• Ability to operate and control spray equipment • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Hands-on practical skills • Ability to use initiative • Basic mechanical awareness
Desirable Experience
• Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer, Spray Painter, Industrial Painter or Powder Coater would be advantageous
Training Provided
• Industry-related training provided • Ongoing support throughout your assignment
