Our client, a highly regarded and forward thinking law firm, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their growing team.

The Role
As a Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting solicitors across a range of legal and administrative tasks. You will be involved in the day-to-day management of files, legal research, document preparation, and client communication, ensuring matters progress efficiently and to a high standard!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist solicitors in the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings
- Conduct legal research and collate information
- Maintain and organise case files, ensuring documentation is accurate
- Liaise professionally with clients, stakeholders and third parties
- Manage solicitors’ diaries and schedule appointments using Microsoft Outlook
- Prepare reports and summaries for solicitor review
- Utilise Microsoft Office applications to draft documents and manage data
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal firm procedures
About You
- Previous experience working within a law firm is desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, motivated, and keen to develop a long-term career in law
