About the Role
We're partnering with a highly respected, values-driven financial planning firm that is looking to add an experienced Paraplanner to its growing team.
This is far more than a traditional report-writing role. You'll work closely with Financial Planners to develop holistic financial planning strategies for high-net-worth clients, identify planning opportunities, undertake complex technical research, and play a key role in shaping client recommendations.
The business prides itself on delivering genuinely personalised advice and fostering a collaborative culture where ideas are welcomed, development is encouraged, and technical excellence is valued.
What makes this opportunity different?
- Work with high-net-worth clients on complex planning cases
- Genuine influence over recommendations and client outcomes
- Collaborative and supportive team culture
- Ongoing professional development and progression support
- Opportunity to contribute to business improvement and strategic initiatives
- A company that is prepared to wait for the right person
We're keen to speak with Diploma-qualified paraplanners preferably with Chartered status who have experience of:
- Retirement and pension planning
- Tax-efficient investment strategies
- Estate and inheritance tax planning
- Cashflow modelling
- Intergenerational wealth planning
And someone who is comfortable with complex recommendation work and outcomes that aren't about retiring and stopping work but more helping clients fulfil their dreams
If you're looking for a long-term career paraplanning opportunity with a firm that values expertise, curiosity, and doing the right thing, we'd love to hear from you.
