- Up to £48k basic salary plus benefits
- 2 years of solid paraplanning required as a minimum
- 3 days in the office per week
- Working in a pod with 3 established advisers
My client are a Chartered independent wealth planning firm with offices in the City of London (nearest Tube is Moorgate) who I have met and placed several members of staff with. I have met the Directors on multiple occasions and got to know their business very well. They offer whole of market financial advice to HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across the UK totalling £4bn AUM. They have ambitions to grow the business to £8bn and double their advisers from 50 – 100.
Due to an internal promotion to an adviser role, the Paraplanning Manager is seeking a technically strong Paraplanner who is level 4 qualified and has 2 solid years of experience working within a whole of market advice firm. You will be working in a pod of 3 advisers who look after clients with £500k to £1m of assets on average but with the top clients holding £5m+. You will be comfortable with writing technical reports on pensions, investments, IHT, trusts, cashflow modelling, estate planning amongst other areas. Full study support will be offered towards your Chartered exams.
