NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly regarded and growing Financial Planning firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Paraplanner to join their Manchester-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong individual to join a collaborative and supportive environment where career development is genuinely encouraged. Working closely with Financial Advisers and support teams, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning solutions to clients.
The Role
As a Paraplanner, you will provide technical support to advisers through detailed research, analysis and report writing, helping to ensure excellent client outcomes and a smooth advice process.
Key responsibilities will include:
" Conducting research and analysis across pensions, investments and protection
" Preparing and writing detailed suitability reports and recommendation letters
" Undertaking investment portfolio and risk analysis
" Preparing illustrations, projections and client review documentation
" Ensuring client files meet FCA and internal compliance standards
" Supporting advisers with ongoing client servicing and planning strategies
" Working collaboratively with administration and adviser teams to deliver excellent client service
About You
" Previous experience within a Paraplanning role is essential
" Experience writing technical suitability reports
" Good technical understanding of pensions, investments and financial planning products
" Progress towards the Level 4 Diploma advantageous
" Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
" Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
" Professional, organised and client-focused approach
