Are you a Paraplanner looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact, work closely with advisers, and be part of a friendly, growing firm?
This opportunity in Harrogate offers exactly that.
We’re working with a well established wealth management firm who are looking to add a talented Paraplanner to their team. You’ll play a key role in supporting advisers across the full advice process, while also gaining exposure to a wide variety of client scenarios.
What you’ll be doing
- Researching and analysing clients’ existing assets, including performance, costs and investment options.
- Identifying client risk profiles and objectives using Dynamic Planner and adviser discussions.
- Preparing detailed cashflow plans using Intelligent Planning.
- Drafting suitability letters and analysis documents for adviser review.
- Supporting wider team operations in a small, collaborative environment.
- Assisting with admin tasks when needed, including client reviews, updating IO, processing new business and managing diaries.
- Handling fund switches, paperwork, KIDs, transfers, top ups and withdrawals.
- Ensuring accurate record keeping, timely follow ups and maintaining client files.
- Helping with phones and ensuring all correspondence is logged correctly.
