Paraplanner – Leading Independent Financial Planning Firm
Location: Cobham, Salary up to £54,000 and hybrid working.
We're working with one of the South-East's largest and fastest-growing independent financial planning firms — managing well over £1bn of client assets with a team of 100+ — to appoint an experienced Paraplanner providing end-to-end technical support to advisers across the full client lifecycle.

The role:
- Producing suitability reports, annual review reports and portfolio reports via Intelligent Office
- Conducting technical research, analysis and illustrations to support advice
- Running cashflow analysis, risk profiling and investment analysis
- Acting as the main point of contact between providers and advisers on transfers, new business and policy administration
- Supporting HNW clients and attending client meetings alongside advisers
- Liaising with compliance and ensuring fees and commissions are accurately maintained
What we're looking for:
- Experince Paraplanning
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (CISI Level 4 / DipPP)
- Experience with Intelligent Office desirable
- Excellent report writing, research and analytical skills
- A structured, process-driven approach with strong attention to detail
- Confident client communicator, comfortable managing correspondence and building trusted relationships
