Paraplanning Manager
Our client, a leading wealth and advisory firm, is seeking an experienced Paraplanning Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior paraplanning professional looking to take on a leadership role within a highly regarded and well-established business.
As Paraplanning Manager, you will lead and develop the firm's paraplanning function, providing technical oversight, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to financial advisers. You'll play a key role in maintaining standards, improving processes, and contributing to the continued success of the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and developing the paraplanning team
- Providing technical guidance and quality assurance across client recommendations and reports
- Supporting advisers with complex financial planning cases
- Reviewing and enhancing paraplanning processes and workflows
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards

Requirements:
- Significant paraplanning experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing paraplanners
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards Chartered status would be advantageous)
