Parking Administrator
Location: Leicestershire (County Hall / Hybrid)

Salary: £13.91 per hour

About the Role
Leicestershire County Council is seeking a Parking Administrator to join their busy team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support parking and administrative operations within a public sector environment.
Initially, the role will be office-based at County Hall (Monday to Friday). Once fully trained, you will transition to a hybrid working pattern on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the parking services team
- Process and manage parking-related documentation and records
- Handle data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
- Respond to queries from internal teams and external customers
- Maintain systems and ensure records are kept up to date
- Assist with general office and clerical duties as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have previous administrative experience (preferably within a public sector or busy office environment)
- Possess strong organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Be confident using Microsoft Office and data systems
- Have good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Working Pattern
- Monday to Friday
- 7.4 hours per day
- Office-based initially, moving to hybrid working once trained
