Fantastic opportunity to join a facilities management group on a three month rolling contract. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for Capital and Lease Accounting. Three days working from home and 2 days office based in South East London. Duties will include:-
Responsibility of the Part Qualified Accountant Role :-
- Maintain the fixed asset register
- Reconcile fixed assets
- Update lease schedules
- Record right of use assets and liabilities in the general ledger
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations
- Liaise with procurement to track capital spend for cashflow forecasting
- Support month end and year end
Requirements of the Part Qualified Role:-
- Studying towards ACCA or CIMA qualification
- Experienced in capital and lease accounting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong ERP systems exposure
- First rate communication skills
